Job Description Summary
The ERP (Workday) Administrator is responsible for most transactional administration, procedural, and Level 0/1 configuration tasks, limited Level 2 across the ERP platform. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director of ERP and ERP team members in supporting security and reporting administration for internal and external customers, as well as various reporting, testing, and other projects or initiatives in our efforts to continually improve and enhance our use of our ERP (Workday). The ERP Administrator must be able to articulate and convey ERP(Workday) concepts in a manner that is easily consumable by end users and business stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will strive to deliver exceptional customer service and will be a valued member of the ERP team and wider IT Division at Enterprise.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, Triage/Manage incoming incidents and requests, and resolve tier 0, 1 and some tier 2 requests or system issues according to established guidelines, security policies, etc.
- Reporting- Develop and maintain basic custom reports and perform audits and annual maintenance using guidelines and policies
- Integrations-Monitor and manage integration warnings and failures using team guidelines and policies
- Workday Learning-serve as the primary technical support for configuration and admin in close partnership with HR Talent and Learning team.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to
- improve internal organizational capability, including training and mentoring of new Workday administrative users/team members
- Work directly with the business users, internal teams, and, as needed/directed vendors for both support and project work
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree, in a technology related field or other related degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP solutions, primarily Workday; experience in any of the following-- system or functional configuration, reporting, security or integration preferred, strong preference for experience supporting Workday Learning and/or participating in a Learning Implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team and leadership.
- Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. Service Now, JIRA, etc.) and knowledge of Agile SDLC and ITIL methodologies
- Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
- Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to learn technology tools quickly
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as with the team--and understanding when each is the appropriate course of action.

The base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
