JOB OVERVIEW:
The Finance Operations & Systems Professional plays a key role in keeping the Finance department accurate, efficient, and forward-looking. You’ll help connect the details that make our systems, data, and processes run smoothly – ensuring every transaction is handled with care and every improvement moves us toward greater clarity and reliability.
This position is ideal for someone who values precision, consistency, and thoughtful improvement. You’ll work across Finance functions to strengthen processes, build automation, and ensure the department’s systems and data remain dependable and compliant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep Finance operations running smoothly by managing and improving the flow of reimbursements, credit card activity, and vendor payments.
- Maintain and enhance finance systems such as Certinia (FinancialForce), Salesforce, and Expensify, helping the team make better use of automation and reporting tools.
- Support compliance across the organization – from vendor setup and tax reporting to monitoring state filings and renewals.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reports that make data more accessible and useful to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership and colleagues across departments to strengthen processes, improve accuracy, and make daily work easier for everyone involved.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or financial systems work.
- Meticulous and dependable with a steady focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Enjoy learning new tools and finding ways to make systems and processes more efficient.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and can adapt to changing needs while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
