We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide flexible, high-quality support across the teams within the Executive Vice President’s (EVPs) portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can hit the ground running, bringing the skills, judgment, and expertise needed to support multiple leaders and manage a range of priorities from day one.
The work is already underway, and we’re looking for someone who can step in and provide seamless support across the EVP’s portfolio. This role requires the ability to work effectively with different leaders and teams, shifting between priorities and areas of support as needs evolve.
The right person will demonstrate strong administrative expertise, initiative, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams run smoothly and that we can continue making an impact together.
The role will be based in-person in our Ballston, VA office.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide flexible administrative support. Support multiple leaders and teams as priorities shift, including light event coordination, ad-hoc project management, and administrative tasks such as reconciling receipts and preparing expense reports on behalf of leaders.
- Provide calendar management. Manage complex calendars with a high level of attention to detail, coordinating meetings, logistics, and follow-through while anticipating potential conflicts and needs.
- Operate independently. Use sound judgment and administrative expertise to assess priorities, anticipate needs, and act with minimal direction.
- Build relationships across the EVP's portfolio. Understand what different leaders and teams need and respond proactively to requests for support.
- Provide interim support. Step in for other administrative professionals to maintain seamless operations and consistent, high-quality service.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of professional work experience in a support, administrative, or operations capacity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across an organization.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

65000 - 95000 USD a year
For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $65,000–$95,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.
