The Recoding America Fund is a six-year cross-ideological philanthropic initiative to reform government and expand American capacity and competitiveness. For decades, the administrative state has grown increasingly sclerotic, and efforts to revitalize it have found incremental success at best. Through practical bipartisan reforms at the federal and state levels, we’re building the government we need to compete globally and serve Americans effectively.
